How long will my order take to arrive?

Since this is 100% handmade work, each order requires 4 to 6 business days to make plus 3 to 4 business days for shipping.

During busy periods these times may run a little longer. To make sure no child is left without their crown, I always organize production by prioritizing the date of the celebration.

Can I order for a specific date?

If your date is tight, message me before ordering to confirm timing.

Do you ship all over Spain?

I ship to Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands), Andorra, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal. For any other destination, message me and I'll let you know the shipping cost for your country.

What are the shipping options and costs?

How do I track my shipment?

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is with the courier.

What should I do if there's a problem with my order (damaged, incomplete or incorrect)?

If your order arrives with any issue, message me as soon as possible. I'll look into it and we'll find a solution together.

CROWNS AND TOPPERS

What size are the crowns? Are they adjustable?

The crowns are designed to be comfortable and adjustable with velcro. They fit head circumferences between 48 and 58 cm.

What size are the cake toppers? How do I choose the size?

You'll find detailed measurements on each product page, since they vary by model and design. If you're looking for custom dimensions, message me before ordering to confirm availability and any possible price difference.

Can I choose colors?

When the model allows it, you'll find a color selector with the available options on each product page.

Where do I enter the name, age and theme when ordering?

On each product page you'll find the fields you need to fill in the personalization details before adding it to your cart.

What happens if I misspell the name?

I make personalized products exactly with the text you provide in your order, so I recommend double-checking it before confirming your purchase. If I notice an obvious typo, I'll message you to confirm. Likewise, if you spot a mistake after placing your order, message me as soon as possible so I can fix it in time.

Do you make 100% custom designs?

Of course! It's one of my specialties. On the website you'll find products specifically for custom designs, but if you have something different in mind, message me with your idea and I'll help bring it to life.

How do I send you images/files to personalize (kids, pets, logos…)?

Once you complete your purchase, I'll contact you by email to request the material. For the best result, I recommend sending sharp, high-resolution images (JPG, PNG or PDF). For a logo, it's best if it's in PNG format with a transparent background.

Can I see the design before it's made? Can I request changes?

Yes, for custom-themed orders I can send you a digital preview beforehand if you ask me to. If you have specific preferences, note them in the details field, in the order notes before checking out, or message me right after. Keep in mind that, since this is a handmade process, changes can only be made before production starts, so I recommend letting me know as soon as possible if you need any modifications.

Do the products arrive assembled?

Yes, they're shipped ready to use and protected to prevent damage.

Can I exchange or return a personalized product?

Personalized products can't be exchanged or returned, except in case of a manufacturing defect or error. If there's any issue when you receive your order, get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution.

What materials do you use?

I make each piece by hand, mainly using EVA foam (plain and glitter) combined with high-quality photo paper prints for characters and details. These are very lightweight, sturdy materials that are comfortable for kids. You'll find the exact materials for each model on its product page.

Do you make combined packs?

Yes! You'll find several ready-made combinations in the Birthday Packs section, and you can also browse all accessories organized by theme in the main menu. If you're looking for something different or want to create a custom pack, message me with your idea and we'll put it together.

Are they suitable for young children?

Yes, they're designed and made for them using lightweight, safe materials like EVA foam. However, since these are decorative celebration items and not toys, they should always be used under adult supervision, especially models that include small parts or decorations.

Are the cake toppers food-safe? How do I place them on the cake?

The cake toppers include a food-safe acrylic stick, which is the only part meant to touch the cake. To place it, simply insert the stick carefully into the cake until it's stable, making sure the decorative part doesn't directly touch the frosting or sponge.

How do I choose a bracelet size?

Measure your wrist with a tape measure snug against the skin but not tight. Add 1.5 to 2 cm to that measurement (depending on whether you like it more fitted or looser) to get your size. If you're torn between two sizes, I always recommend choosing the larger one.

Are the bracelets suitable for young children?

Since these are accessories with small parts, children must always be supervised by an adult while wearing them. They are accessories meant for special occasions, not toys, so Happy Crowns is not responsible for any incidents resulting from improper use of the product.
